Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 2lb Sirloin of Beef
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Potatoes Peeled
- Thyme & Rosemary
- 4 oz of Flour
- 2 eggs
- 8 fluid oz Milk
- Salt & Pepper
Method
Roast Beef
- Place the Kleeneze Roaster / Baking Sheet onto a high heat and pour in some vegetable oil from the Kleeneze store and pour box set.
- When oil is hot add beef using nylon tongs and seal golden brown.
- Add potatoes and season.
- Sprinkle with Thyme and Rosemary taken fom Kleeneze green bags.
- Roast for I hour gas mark 6, 175 degrees. Remove from oven and leave to rest fro 5-10 mins.
- Carve and serve.
Yorkshire Puddings
- Sieve flour into a bowl.
- Make a well in the centre and add eggs from the egg tray and a little of the milk taken from the Kleeneze store and pour range.
- Whisk together to make a thick batter then gradually whisk in remaining milk.
- Season with Salt & pepper.
- Using Kleeneze Yorkshire Pudding tray pour in hot oil and then batter.
- Bake in a hot oven gas mark 6, 175 degrees for 30 mins until risen and golden brown.
- Serve with Roast Beef.
