Chilli & Coriander Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
- ½ medium sized Green Chilli
- ½ medium sized Red Chilli
- Teaspoon of lemon juice and lime juice
- Teaspoon of lemon zest and lime zest
- 2 teaspoons of ginger chopped
- Good handful of Coriander
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper
- 2 Chicken Breasts
Method
- Place all ingredients for each marinade into Kleeneze salad dresser & shake well.
- Then take Kleeneze oven roasting bags and place chicken breast inside with Kleeneze tongs.
- Pour marinade into the bag and mix together.
- Roll the bag up and place into Kleeneze oven to table oval dish.
- Place into a hot oven gas mark 7, 185 degrees and roast for 20 mins.
- Allow to rest for 4 mins, remove chicken from bag and serve.
