Chilli & Coriander Marinated Chicken

Ingredients

• ½ medium sized Green Chilli
• ½ medium sized Red Chilli
• Teaspoon of lemon juice and lime juice
• Teaspoon of lemon zest and lime zest
• 2 teaspoons of ginger chopped
• Good handful of Coriander
• 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
• Salt & pepper
• 2 Chicken Breasts

Method

1. Place all ingredients for each marinade into Kleeneze salad dresser & shake well.
2. Then take Kleeneze oven roasting bags and place chicken breast inside with Kleeneze tongs.
3. Pour marinade into the bag and mix together.
4. Roll the bag up and place into Kleeneze oven to table oval dish.
5. Place into a hot oven gas mark 7, 185 degrees and roast for 20 mins.
6. Allow to rest for 4 mins, remove chicken from bag and serve.
