Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
- 1 x 250g of minced steak
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin of kidney beans
- 1 tin of cannellini beans
- 1 teaspoon of cornflour
- 1 teaspoon of paprika, cayenne pepper
- 1 desert spoon of chilli powder
- 4 fluid oz water
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Using Kleeneze sieve.
- Place ½ the meat into the Kleeneze stain free microwaveable pot and season
- Add ½ the tomatoes and beans and spices and water
- Repeat the process until the pot is full
- Place into the microwave and cook on full power for 10 mins
- Remove the lid and mix all ingredients together
- Replace the lid and cook for a further 10 mins
- Remove from microwave and leave to stand for 2 mins
- Remove lid and stir once again
- Serve with crusty bread, baked potatoes or rice
