Lemongrass Marinated Chicken

Ingredients

• ½ stick of Lemongrass
• Teaspoon of lemon juice and lime juice
• Teaspoon of lemon zest and lime zest
• 1 clove of garlic
• Good handful of Basil
• 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
• Salt & pepper
• 2 Chicken Breasts

Method

1. Place all ingredients for each marinade into Kleeneze salad dresser and shake well.
2. Then take Kleeneze oven roasting bags and place chicken breast inside with Kleeneze tongs.
3. Pour marinade into the bag and mix together.
4. Roll the bag up and place into Kleeneze oven to table oval dish.
5. Place into a hot oven gas mark 7, 185 degrees and roast for 20 mins.
6. Allow to rest for 4 mins, remove chicken from bag and serve.
